we're back!wedding + honeymoon stories to follow. thank you to everyone who sent their greetings. so for the title. in one episode of friends, they were in dire need of being rescued so joey decided to create an sos flag. he figured since the rescuers were in mid-air and would not see the sign, he would have to spell help backwards. that's just me digressing.
in the meantime, we've finally settled on a flower + theme for the wedding. it's amazing how everything else is falling in place. anyway, i would like to ask for your help finding a better image of the one below. or any ideas how to turn this into a vector image (that is the term right?) so it won't warp or screw up when we play around with it. really would appreciate any help. i've posted a similar plea for help in our other blog. talk about desperate. thanks. :)

countdowns and christmas
well, this isn't actually mine but boipren (i think i'll have to adjust to calling him husband soon....yihee!) got this and wants us to both enjoy this. i am actually content with playing super mario or any of the free six games but he wants the more sophisticated and challenging ones. we actually went in the store at least thrice before we finally made the purchase. now, his next project is a flat-screen because he says my tv's resolution is not good enough. poor tv, it's one of the first purchase i made when i started working and has been with me for almost 6 years. we'll see. after this month, wedding stuff is the priority. e.t.a. on his way over, he calls and asks for the size of the detachable compartment for my scrapbook rack because he knew i needed a new one and he was in handyman. oh what a sweet guy. then later he calls and asks what i want for lunch. aww. i am blessed with such a great guy, i don't know what i did to deserve him. :)
one of boipren's christmas gifts for me. i insist it's for both of us but he says i'll probably end up using it more to print my pictures. i secretly suspect he is right. i think we actually got a good deal at 2000 bucks for a printer, scanner and copier in one machine. i really think all these stuff will force us to sleep and eat standing up.
asked a friend who was in singapore to pick up some stuff from made with love.
i've been eyeing these prima pop-ups for a long time but couldn't find them here, was so happy to get them over ebay.
my raffle prizes, easter egg hunt prizes and white elephant gift during the ps-se christmas party. had so much fun.
an officemate who was in the us was well aware of my scrapbook obsession and picked up some of these chipboards during the thanksgiving sale.
finally after months of waiting, my sc september kit arrived. was so excited to see the stamps.

the kobe factor
i'm getting ready to fly out, crossing my fingers to catch a flight out of osaka. so i finally got my wish to be able to scrap while i was on a trip. although i missed the stuff i left at home, having to work with the few supplies i brought "stretched" what meager creativity i have. i promise to take better pictures later. hope the next time i go online is from manila.have a great weekend ahead everyone.

the earliest bird...
it's almost 4 am and i still couldn't sleep. i've been tossing and turning i can feel a headache on its way with my name on it. anyway, here's something that brought a dorky smile on my silly face. i do hope you get to drop by the blog - join a challenge, pick up a tip or share your thoughts.
in case you've been bitten by the yuletide bug and you're itching to share some of that cheer, i came across this invite from marix for the southern cross kids camp 2009 memory books campaign. according to julie's post, the camp in 2007 included 35 neglected, often abused and at risk children and her task was to help create memory books for the kids during this holiday week. the response was amazing and this year, they're launching a campaign to create 6300 base pages that will cover the needs of all 9 camps in australia and new zealand. they also accept help in the form of old scrapbook stash. please feel free to drop by julie's blog or drop her an email if you have questions or if you are interested to help out. time for me to catch up on some sleep. a couple of hours should do me good. :)
